01Who runs this website

The website at https://runos.ro is operated by Runos Software S.R.L., registered at the Romanian trade register under J40/12345/2025, tax ID RO48123456, with its registered office at Str. Buzesti nr. 10, Sector 1, 011013 Bucuresti, Romania. You can reach us at contact@runos.ro.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02What the website is for

The website presents Runos, a scheduling service for hospital wards and other teams working in shifts, and lets you ask for a demo.

The descriptions, illustrations and screens on the website are informational. They are not a binding offer, and features, pricing and availability may change without notice. Any contract for the use of Runos is concluded separately, in writing, between us and the customer organisation.

03Requesting a demo

When you submit your email address through "Book a demo", you ask us to contact you to arrange a walkthrough of Runos. This is a request, not an order: it creates no payment obligation for you and no obligation for us to provide the service.

We may decline a request, for example when the address does not appear to belong to a hospital, clinic or team that Runos is meant for. We will not use the address for anything else; see the privacy policy for details.

04Using the Runos application

Access to the Runos application is granted to customer organisations under a customer agreement, which sets out the service, the price, support and the terms under which we process the organisation's data. These website terms do not grant access to the application.

Only the planner of a team uses Runos. Team members receive their schedule by email or as a PDF and do not need an account.

05Intellectual property

The website, its text, illustrations, logo, the Runos name and the software behind the service belong to Runos Software S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

06Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

• submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
• send automated or bulk requests, scrape the website or probe its infrastructure;
• attempt to gain access to systems, data or accounts you are not entitled to;
• use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

07No warranties

We take care that the information on the website is accurate and that the website is available, but we provide it as is. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, from reliance on its content or from the temporary unavailability of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website that cannot be settled amicably is submitted to the competent courts of Bucuresti, Romania. If you use the website as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence continue to apply.
